 Steps:

Click approve button :

  * Employees → Open Employee → Click Time Off Smart Button
 
  * Time Off Type: Select the type of leave (e.g., Sick Leave).
  * Dates: Choose the start and end date of the leave.
  * Requested (Days/Hours): Shows the total leave duration automatically.
  * Description: Enter the reason for taking leave.
  * Supporting Document: Attach proof such as a medical certificate.
  * Save: Submit the leave request.
  * Discard: Cancel the request without saving.
