Users are able to raise tickets in CRM,Projects and also in Email through the website.
On the "Contact Us" page, users can click the edit icon to update the form. After clicking Submit, a dropdown menu shows options like:
- Opportunity: Creates a ticket in the CRM system. (The tickets will raised as lead in CRM)
- Task: Creates a task in the project. Users should select the project while selecting the task option.(The tickets will raised as task in projects)
- Email: Sends the ticket via email to customer support.(The tickets will raised in e-mail)
The user can select an option to determine how the ticket will be handled.
