How to Review Product Purchase History in Odoo 18

1. Using the Purchase Order Line

• Go to Purchase > Create Purchase Ord

• Click on the “Purchase History” icon beside the product line

• A popup displays past purchase details, including:

               * Purchase Order Reference

               * Confirmation Date

               * Quantity

               * Unit Price

               * Vendor

               * Total Untaxed

               * Status

This quick view helps you verify historical prices and suppliers for the same product.

2. Using the Product Form View

• Navigate to Products > Products

• Open the specific product record

• Click the “Purchased” smart button (visible if the product has been ordered before)

• This opens a detailed tree view showing:

          * Purchase Order Numbers

          * Confirmation Dates

          * Vendors

          * Quantities

          * Unit Prices

          * Total Untaxed

          * Status

By default, it displays purchases from the last 365 days and only includes confirmed purchase orders.
