    Tool Request Creation

    Employees initiate the process by creating a Tool Issue Request from the system.Select required tools or equipment.

    Submission for Approval

    Once the request is finalized, it is submitted and moved to the “Submitted” stage.Managers or authorized users review the request.

    Approval Process

    After review, the request is move to the “Approved” stage.Tools are officially assigned to the requester.

    Portal-Based Access

    Technicians, storekeepers and other users can log in through a separate portal interface, where they can request tools, raise calibration requests and track request and approval status.

    Calibration Management

    Organizations ensure tools remain accurate and compliant by allowing users to raise calibration requests directly from the portal. Managers can track and approve these requests, maintaining proper maintenance schedules.

    The form view allows users to create a tool request by selecting tools, setting quantity and entering request details such as date, priority and notes.Once submitted the request its move to pending stage.

    The storekeeper approve the submitted request.

    Displayed the approved and pending state records.



    Clicking the 'Approve' button moves the request to the 'Issued' stage.

    Tools are issued to users based on approved requests.
