How can I enable Dynamic Accounting Reports in Odoo?

1. Dynamic accounting reports allow users to generate up-to-date financial statements and performance indicators instantly.
2. To enable them, navigate to Accounting → Configuration → Settings, then enable the 'Dynamic Reports' checkbox.
3. Only after enabling this checkbox will the reports be displayed here
