You can rearrange the position of apps on the dashboard by adjusting their sequence.

1.Activate Developer Mode: Go to the Settings menu from the dashboard.
Activate Developer Mode (usually found in the user menu or settings).
2.Navigate to Menu Items: After enabling Developer Mode, go to Settings > Technical > User Interface > Menu Items.
Search for the menu item associated with the app you want to rearrange.
3.Edit the Sequence: Apply the filter-Add custom filter> Parent menu-is not set.
This will show all the Parent menu (App) and then just drag and drop the application in the list view to the required position.
