1. Go to Settings → Technical → Automation → Rules, then click Create.
2. Select the CRM Opportunity model and set the trigger condition based on the user action.
3. In the Actions to Do tab, choose the allowed group, create an email template with a subject, and save it.
4. Create a new opportunity in the CRM module, assign it to a salesperson, and save.
5. An email notification will be automatically sent to the customer whenever a new opportunity is created.
