Answer: Only when the 'BOM Kits' setting is enabled

Explanation:
1. Go to Bills of Materials and create a new BoM for the kit product.

2. Set the BoM Type to Kit and add its components.

3. Save the kit BoM.

4. In another BoM, add this kit product as a component and save.
