A. opening Studio in the wizard.
B. By opening Studio in developer mode.

Answer: You cannot edit Wizards with Studio
Explanation:
1. Studio allows you to customize models, views, fields, menus, reports for regular models (models.Model). 

2. It does not allow customization of transient models (transient.models.Model) used for wizards.
