Explanation:
Step 1: Go to Project → Configuration → Settings.

 * Enable Customer Ratings.

Step 2: Go to Project → Configuration →Task Stages.

 * Open the stage where you want to trigger the rating request (commonly the Done stage).

 * In the Rating Email Template field, select an email template (e.g., Customer Rating: Task).
